PPPS New Delhi -From a Shy Prajnite of Poorna Prajna New Delhi to IISER TVM: A Journey of Growth and Achievement

Embarking on my educational journey in 2008 in Poorna Prajna Public School, New Delhi as a shy pre-primary schoolgirl, little did I know that the path ahead would be filled with challenges, self-discovery, and ultimately, a destination at the prestigious Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) Thiruvananthapuram.

My initial years in school were marked by timidity, but it was in those formative moments that the seeds of curiosity and determination were sown. As I progressed through the grades, I began to find my voice both academically. My School was  not only an abode of learning but a space where my curiosity was encouraged. Teachers played a pivotal role in shaping my academic interests, inspiring me to delve deeper into subjects that intrigued me. The foundation laid during these years would later prove crucial in my pursuit. High School brought a turning point as I discovered a passion for the sciences, igniting a desire to pursue a path in research. Engaging in extracurricular activities and participating in  Poorna Prajna Public School, New Delhi’s science fairs honed my skills and fueled my ambition.

The dream of joining IISER Thiruvananthapuram began to crystallize as I explored opportunities to enhance my scientific knowledge. Rigorous preparation, dedication, and guidance from mentors became the pillars of my pursuit. Securing admission to IISER TVM became not just a goal but a testament to years of hard work and resilience.

Stepping onto the campus of IISER Thiruvananthapuram marked the culmination of a journey that started in the corridors of a pre-primary school. Looking back, the journey from a shy Prajnite in initial years to an aspiring scientist at IISER TVM has been transformative. It highlights the importance of perseverance, mentorship, given during my schooling in Poorna Prajna as opportunities for growth.Thank you alma mater for all the support!
