A Training Program on Youth empowerment & E-commerce was Jointly organised by Student Training and Placement Cell, Department of Commerce and Management, ICT Academy from 15th September 2023 to 5th October 2023 in Poornaprajna College for the students of BCOM and BBA with CSR initiative of ICT Academy – Autos Prayas Foundation. Dr. Ragavendra A, Former Principal, inaugurated the program. CA. Prashath Holla, Honorary Treasurer, PCMC Udupi, Sri D. Vishnu Prasad, State Head, Karnataka, ICT Academy, Mr. Praveen, Field Project Coordinator, Mr. Vignesh, Field Project Coordinator, ICT Academy, Mrs. Rathika Rani, Trainer, ICT Academy were the Chief Guests. Dr. Ramu L. Principal of Poornaprajna College was presided over the program.
The objective of this Training program was to encourage the students to move forward in the right direction for better quality living, to provide career guidance, to create promising career opportunities and to facilitate the students in obtaining required information about the competitive examinations and to develop employability skills.,Cultural Fit, Personality Assessment. Communication Skills, Problem Solving critical thinking etc. This training laid down foundation for various competitive recruitment exams and also covered key topics common to all competitive recruitment Exams like methodical preparation, Skill to increase competency, Logical Reasoning, Group discussion, Role Playing etc.
